Benson Property Management, is a landlord, investor, property manager and a network of service providers. Because we own and manage our own private portfolio of units, we are not just looking to make a leasing commission, sign a 1-year management contract or save a few bucks on a repair project - we are looking for a mutually advantageous, long term relationship with our Tenants, Owners and Vendors.
